I was reluctant to spend $700 on a recovery system – I’m an intermediate level speedskater and this seemed like something that pros or the Olympic team would use. I saw it in an interview with Maame Biney a year or so ago. She had it on while doing theinterview. I was curious for the longest time, and finally took the plunge and plunked down the cash. Was able to use HSA money so that was a plus.Yep, it’s worth it. This isn’t some department store “massager”. I have the controller set on 5 out of 7 for the intensity, and it SQUEEZES the legs. HARD. Setup and use were very easy, everything just clips together, and unclips for storage.You can’t move around while using it, and have to keep your legs straight, so after my training sessions I generally get on the couch, set this to 60 minutes, and watch TV.Effects are undeniable. As of yesterday, I’ve done seven on-ice training sessions in five days. Recovery has been fantastic, and my legs feel fresh getting on the ice. I plan on using this for biking in summer once speedskating season is over

Waited for sale, and got the Amazon card to get it down to 1k. This with a theragun has removed massages from my life so it’s worth it just on that. Soreness recover cut in half, sometimes instant. Was able to mtb in Moab for a week straight before needing to take a break. Also has really improved my sleep, my restless legs are gone using the improve sleep function. Extremely well built, I expect it to last for years. Should’ve gotten it a year ago, ski days are not a challenge anymore.

Very recommended for those runners, and sports players. Minimizes recovery time and leaves a great feeling afterwards. It even feels a little cold when the air pressure starts( I love it)Great product, worth the price.

I bought both the hip and leg attachments and I tried both of them, but I usually used the legs only. The attachment can only use one at a time so that’s a bummer. The hip attachment wasn’t all that great though so I stuck with the legs for the most part. The legs definitely feel good, and applies a good amount of pressure that helps provide some relief. I didn’t see a big difference in recovery after sports or lifting though but it did feel good to use. I sometimes used it after a long day at work as well.

I always jump into these after a run or a leg workout. They definitely speed up recovery. Where the real benefit is for me is in the prep for a run or leg workout. If i use them for warmup I find my workouts are way better than when I don’t use them.

Great, high quality but meant for long, not too thick legs
I originally bought this for my mom who’s about 5″2″ and has thick thighs. Unfortunately the description doesn’t seem to mention the dimensions of length and width of legs for this is optimized for. In her case she could fit only up to above the knee and rest was too tight so she was unable to zip it all the way and the unzipped part would just balloon out of control, thus not recommended for short legs or thick thighs. I then tried it myself and it was great but i’m 5″10″, 200lbs with fairly long legs and it was just perfect. Of course this being meant for my mom, I had to return it and the return process was seemless. Item felt high quality and solid for sure. But just wish they had different sizes or at least clearly mention the length and width (for calves, lower and upper thighs) that it supports.

Trotz sorgfältiger Vorgehensweise nach Bedienungsanleitung (man kann eigentlich nichts falsch machen) erscheint immer wieder die Fehlermeldung “Air Leak – Zone 1”. Es wird immer nur die 1. Kammer für die Füße mit Luft gefüllt. Und das bei beiden Beinsystemen. Dann kommt die Fehlermeldung. Ich kann mir schwer vorstellen, dass gleich alle beide Beinsysteme ein Luftleck haben. Ich habe sofort den Support per e-mail kontaktiert, das erste Mail ist schon einige Tage her und noch immer keine Antwort oder wenigstens eine Eingangsmeldung erhalten. Ich werde das Produkt daher spätestens in einigen Tagen zurücksenden und den Kauf stornieren. Ich will vor allem wegen des schlechten Supports gar keinen Ersatz.
