S. WELCH –
These are really great bands. I like them much better than the rubber ones. Soft and stretchy. Easy to use and comfortable while working out. Great price too.

Bought for myself and for my friend. Excellent quality. Does a great job. Comes in fun colors.

This is my first experience with fabric bands, I usually have the plain elastic strips but they break easily and don’t often provide the resistance I’m looking for. For those who are just beginning or looking for lower resistance, those might be more appropriate but for me, these are comfortable and not overly challenging as some have said. They stay in place for the most part and are wide enough to cover a large portion of my thigh when doing squats and other workouts, the elastic ones tend to roll or cut into my leg more and aren’t as comfortable. I use these for light home workouts and they do exactly what I purchased them to do. They did have a strong plasticy smell when first taking them out of the package as most shipments do, it lingered a couple days so I just let them air out.

I needed these for some physical therapy for a lower lumbar injury. The ones that had at the facility were cheap looking . So I picked these up and they are amazing. Great resistance and has a cool storage bag that comes with it .

These are possibly the most “plus size” friendly cloth resistance bands I’ve purchased. I’ve bought and returned a couple different brands so far but these I am going to keep. For reference: My thighs when closed together measure at 48 inches at the widest point. I’m a size 22/24 in womens depending on the garment. Size 2/3 in torrid sizing for bottoms. The light band goes over my thighs comfortably and has a pretty easy range of motion and resistance when used. It’s consistent with “light” bands in traditional resistance bands. It has the most stretch and I didn’t stretch it to capacity when squatting. Medium was harder to get over my thighs and definitely dig into my thighs but it’s not painful. Mild discomfort but id say it’s the same type of discomfort as when you would use a “heavy” traditional rubber/latex resistance band. When I did a test squat I did end up stretching it to capacity and the label did rip half off, but the band itself is intact and still works fine. Consistent with traditional “medium” resistance bands in terms of the resistance it provides. The heavy band was the hardest to get over my thighs and was *almost* (but not quite) painful to use since it is small than the other bands. It dug in A LOT. I still don’t know what to think after doing a test squat with it on. Heavy is HEAVY but also possibly just too small for me to use. My thighs shook trying to do a squat with “heavy” over them and I don’t know if it’s cause I’m not strong enough or cause it’s just too small for me to use. But it didn’t rip or break— which is really important, in my opinion. If your thighs are smaller than mine, I think heavy would still work fine, but I will not be able to use it until my thighs get at least 3 inches slimmer (which hopefully these bands will help with!).If you’re a size 22 or smaller, these will definitely fit over your thighs and work fine. If you’re larger than a size 22, then possibly only the light and MAYBE the medium will work for you.The quality of these bands are good. If you’re looking for large thigh friendly bands, take your measurements and compare them to mine. These might work for you.Ill update if I have any issues with the bands after some time, but I’m just relieved to finally find cloth resistance bands that fit my large thighs.

even the easiest one is still nice and firm. im limited with workouts because of my scoliosis, its unsafe for me to use gym equipment. these allow me to do a wide variety of workouts, and theyre easy to travel with

There are a ton of different workout moves you can do with this and the 3 different levels are perfect for anyone! They provide great resistance and don’t slip 🙂

Ótimas bands
Ótima qualidade do material, ótimo custo benefício, estou utilizando com os meus pacientes e eles acharam muito mais fácil de usar e referem menores risco do que com a band elástica.
